One notable example is when Niko served as the lawyer for Pegi Setiawan, where Niko Kilikily & Partners successfully secured Pegi Setiawan’s full acquittal in a pretrial hearing. This event made history in Indonesia, as a case with a death penalty charge resulted in a full acquittal, and what made it even more special was that Pegi Setiawan was acquitted during the pretrial stage. There are still many special cases that Niko Kilikily has successfully handled. Niko Kilikily has also served as a lawyer for the state-owned enterprise PT Pindad. Additionally, he has represented several well-known Indonesian figures, including Mr. Jusuf Hamka, Pastor Gilbert Lumoindong, and many others.

Jordan is an expert in security services, personal protection, and debt recovery. He has handled hundreds of clients, providing both security services and debt recovery assistance.

Ayu Putri Bhayangkari, S.H., M.H.

Ayu Putri Bhayangkari, S.H., M.H. began her career as a corporate legal officer and/or in-house lawyer at major companies in Indonesia. She has worked as a corporate legal and licensing officer at PT Forisa Nusapersada, PT Metropolitan Land Tbk, PT Mayapada Properti Indonesia Tbk (Mayapada Group), and PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Indofood Group).
As a corporate legal officer and/or in-house lawyer at leading companies in Indonesia, she has gained extensive experience and handled various legal matters, including civil law, criminal law, labor law, and business law. She has also been responsible for managing corporate permits related to routine operational activities as well as specific internal corporate needs. These include:
